Hours - 35 hours a week. 8 Hour Rotational shift pattern between 8am - 8pm
Monday -Friday
Location - Gadbrook Park, Northwich
Starting Salary - £19,665

Whilst working for this leading financial company you will be required to undertake the following tasks:
* Processing documents received via post, fax and e-mail, ensuring items are correctly allocated to workflow systems within the service level agreements
* Responding to servicing requests received from clients, as well as those from other business areas and third parties
* Working closely with the rest of the team providing mutual support by training, coaching and sharing knowledge and best practices
* Actively identifying opportunities for clients to transfer their servicing needs to more efficient and cost effective self-serve channels
* Servicing clients in line with current processes to ensure requests are actioned right first time

* The ability to communicate and influence colleagues effectively
* Commercial effectiveness, with a client and customer driven focus
* Excellent planning and organisation know-how, and an eye for detail

The Next Steps
