Customer Service Supervisor

Our Established and specialist client is seeking a Customer Service supervisor to join their team in burgess hill.

Objective:

Responsible for the supervision and workflow of the Customer Service team. Responsible for all aspects of EUK customer support, in line with the Processes, to meet the agreed service level KPI’s.

Responsibilities:

Managing the order administration process and workflow in the team.

Efficient and quick resolution of any customer order queries including the 1st level management of any customer issues.

Reporting the sales and order book to the key stakeholders.

Daily proactive management of the monthly order book to ensure Company sales target achievement and the Company KPI’s are met.

Ensure all quotation and modification requests are actioned, according to the Company Process from customers

Ensure all repeat quotation requests from customer orders are actioned

Ensure all customer Administration, Commercial, Logistical and Technical Questions are actioned, according to the Company Process.

Management of all Administration Complaints within the Team according to the Company Process.

Refer qualified enquiries and small customers to preferred distributor based on the company rules

Manage the Customer Service Dashboard and KPI’s including Identifying and developing Continuous Improvement in the Customer Service daily work that will result in improved or sustained agreed KPI’s.

Approval of Customer Service Assistant Holidays and special leave.

Ensure all CRM data (contacts, leads, customers) is of the highest accuracy and up to date.

Experience Required:

3 years + in Customer Service environment, demonstrating strong customer orientation with commercial and logistical understanding.

Qualities Required:

Strong customer service orientation. A team spirited personality with outstanding written and verbal communication. Able to prioritise effectively, and working to agreed deadlines. Systematic problem solver with good software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP & CRM systems, web portals) and analytical skills.
