We are pleased to be supporting an existing client, who are a rapidly expanding, pioneering and customer centric brand based in London, with their need for a Customer Service Supervisor.
This particular position is ideal for someone who has either worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive who has experience of supporting and supervising a team and who is looking to develop their career to the next step or a well established Supervisor looking for a new challenge.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small but growing team of two, dealing with new enquires through telephone, email, live chat, web communication and social media. You will be expected to spend approx. 70% of your time on the telephone dealing with customer calls but also managing the daily workload for the team, processes and performance.
This opportunity is one for a mature individual, you need to be professional and experienced to deal with empathic issues and provide emotional support in these sensitive situations.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will come from a strong, luxury, customer service focused position within a customer driven contact centre environment. Someone who has experience of up-selling products/outbound call activity would also be ideal.
