COMPANY DESCRIPTION
This is a chance for you to join a leading manufacturer who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Working in a busy and demanding environment, it is essential that you carry experience within a similar sector.

THE ROLE
Reporting into the Customer Service Order & Fulfilment Manager, you will effectively supervise the day-to-day running of the UK and International Customer Service teams. You will provide guidance, advice and training, along as evidencing ability to manage own duties, accounts and markets within the team.

You will carry out regular team reviews and one-to-ones with members of the Customer Service team. Compiling and updating various KPI reporting required within the department and wider business. You will support the Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Manager to drive continuous improvements within the core SAP system and other key business processes.

You will accurately receive, validate and process customer orders in an accurate, timely and effective manner; investigating and proactively resolving claims and queries with respect to delivery discrepancies. You will resolve customer order and account queries by communicating with relevant departments, both internally and externally. Working closely with 3rd party service providers, as well as other internal departments, you will ensure the highest standard of service is maintained at all times.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be successful with your application you must have experience of working within a similar environment (manufacturing/production) as well as a detailed knowledge of SAP/ERP order processing and stock systems.

You must evidence previous experience of supervising a team, with training, negotiation and time management skills. You should show knowledge of processes that create and consume inventory within supply chain.

You must have previous working experience of SAP, MS Office and Business Support Systems.

THE SALARY
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum
