The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will often be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers. Answering questions, amending policy details, up-selling extra products and assisting with general queries. When dealing with our customers you will listen to them, make them feel valued and help them with their needs. Calls can vary from someone who wants to insure their new car to a current customer who wishes to add additional cars or renew their policy.

You do not need previous insurance experience as we provide excellent training. To help you succeed our dedicated trainers will spend the first 4 weeks with you in our dedicated training area before you move onto our Graduation bay for a further 4 weeks.

Working hours are an average of 37.5 hours per week working on a rotational shift pattern between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Working one Saturday 9am - 5pm or Sunday 9am - 2pm per week.
