We are recruiting now for Customer Service Specialists to join our Operations department in our city centre Glasgow office.

esure is one of the UK’s leading providers of Motor, Home and Travel Insurance products, through the esure and Sheilas’ Wheels brands. We employ over 2000 people across our three sites and provide insurance cover for over 2.4 million people.

Our Glasgow City Centre has a fantastic atmosphere with all the facilities you would expect in an office with just under 900 staff. The Manchester office also does a huge amount for charity so if you enjoy charity events such as 'Children in Need’ and "Dress Down" days this is the place for you.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will often be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers. answering questions, amending policy details, up-selling extra products and assisting with general queries. When dealing with our customers you will listen to them, make them feel valued and help them with their needs. Calls can vary from someone who wants to insure their new car to a current customer who wishes to add additional cars or renew their policy.

You do not need previous insurance experience as we provide excellent training. To help your success our dedicated trainers will spend the first 4 weeks with you in our dedicated training area before you move onto our Graduation bay for a further 4 weeks.

Working hours are an average of 37.5 hours per week working on a rotational shift pattern between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm.
