Key Purpose 
We are looking for Fluent English speaker who is driven, determined and excited by the opportunity to work in Customer Services in the fast-paced world of Automotive after care.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries from all brand customers from English speaking regions to include Warranty, After Care, Spare Parts, Dealer Assistance and Finance. 
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Fluent language customer contacts, including responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
Spoken and written language skills to Fluent standard (including business correspondence), thorough understanding of the Fluent culture
Delivering service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
Understanding and applying the brand policies & empowerment to resolve the customer service requests raised, or creating & agreeing action plans to lead to resolution
Where necessary liaising with business partners - i.e. brand retailers, field managers and internal departments to develop service request resolutions & action plans

Additionally, we look for:
Excellent Written & Verbal English skills (Fluent level).
Work experience in customer service advantageous but not essential.
Graduates or school leavers welcome
Calm disposition and positive outlook, particularly when working under pressure.
Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the role.
Self - motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Team player who appreciates the value of co-operation within the local and international team.
Adaptable and responds well to feedback and change.
