CLEAN is an industry leading textiles management business focused on supporting the hospitality industry. Our high-volume linen management services support hotels to run and operate efficiently in a very demanding environment. Due to our expansion we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to support our commercial team to manage customers on a daily basis.
Through our head office at White Waltham (Maidenhead, Berkshire) CLEAN operates 7 strategically located plants throughout the UK. We manage thousands of customers and process many millions of linen items every week ready for distribution to customers by our logistics team. This is an exciting time to join the business and to support us to continued growth and success in this sector.
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for our modern Head Office in White Waltham. The role will include dealing with customer issues, queries and orders on a daily basis and liaising with the site production and transport teams to ensure a proactive service is delivered.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, experienced, customer service professionals, ideally with a background in B2B customer service.
Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone and have a high degree of self-motivation and drive. They will need to be proactive and professional and ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Good IT (Microsoft, use of CRM software, etc) and administration skills and the ability to analyse and use data in decision making are also required.
About The Role
Salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
The hours for this position are 8am - 7pm covering 7 days a week on a rota shift pattern. Working four days on and four days off.
