Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator

Do you enjoy processing orders and providing the customer with a quality service? This role is working for a manufacturing company where you will be involved taking inbound calls, providing a quote for new business and following the order through to delivery. Responsibilities include:

Respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, email.

Produce quotations for new business and follow through to acceptance

Process orders in a timely fashion

Participate in the administrative process of returns via the agreed quality process.

Advise customer on changes to delivery times

Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolve.

Essential Skills:
Previous customer focused environment, processing orders preferably within a manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure
Good IT skills including Excel
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls with professionalism and confidence
Available to start work end of June

Additional information:
Working hours = Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm, and 3.30 on Friday
Free parking available
