Customer Service Sales Advisor - Peterborough - £24,000 OTE

Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to work for a company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. This role would suit someone who is super organised and enjoys building strong relationships in order to maximise sales.

Customer Service Sales Advisor duties will include:

  • Calling customers regarding renewals
  • Sending out renewal documents
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up quotations and convert to sales
  • Maintain the computer system with up to date information

To be considered for this Customer Service Sales Advisor role you will need a proven track record in dealing with customers directly and have:

  • Self motivation
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to build and manage customer relationships
  • Competent in MS Office and databases
