CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Customer Service, Call Centre, Marketing, Events, PR, Retail, Sales / Telesales experience would be beneficial but not required.
Central Adlantic is a young, fresh and dynamic outsourced sales and marketing firm based in Glasgow.

We believe that human interactions can never be underrated and for that reason, we exclusively use face-to-face promotional marketing and sales campaigns.
If you have a background in inbound or outbound sales, we want to transfer your customer service and people skills into our events campaigns. At Central Adlantic we don't believe in sticking smart, talented people behind desks all day. You don't want that, and neither do we- it'd be a waste of your skills and energy.
You will join a dynamic force of sales and marketing experts who are mad about customer acquisition and generating results.
We do not believe in hard selling tactics and our clients can be reassured that we are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of customer service and maintaining their brand reputation.
As a customer service advisor, you will be the face and voice of our clients at our promotional events. Your role will involve but won't be limited to;
- Setting up pop-up events
- Arranging POS
- Handling customer queries
- Creating a buzz about our client’s products and services
- Conducting presentations
- Completing new customer sign-ups.
- Data gathering
The customer service advisor roles are very customer focused and interactive so applicants must have a friendly and approachable manner and good communication and people skills.

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants successful at the initial stage will be invited to attend an observation day, shadowing one of our advisors at an event. As this is still a part of the interview process and helps towards making a final decision applicants will not be compensated and expenses will not be covered. Our events can take place up to 20 miles from our office in Glasgow City Centre and you will be expected to travel. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only, all earnings are uncapped therefore the harder you work the more you can earn as earnings are uncapped! Applicants must be able to commute to Glasgow Centre daily.
