Our client, a successful company in the beauty industry is currently looking to recruit a customer service / sales administrator to join their team. Working as part of a helpful, friendly team you will work within a newly renovated, modern office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to somebody who wants to work hard and progress within a business.

Duties include:

  • Building relationships with customers over the telephone
  • Answering calls and taking customer orders via phone and email
  • Processing orders
  • Responding and posting updates on social media
  • Customer service, dealing with customer enquiries & complaints
  • Market research
  • Booking products in for regular servicing
  • Conducting outbound calls to perspective and existing clients
