Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for our client based in Milton Keynes for a Customer Service/ Sales Administrator. This is for a growing, innovative and exciting global business.
The job is to help support the customers from order through to successful delivery. Providing product information and support throughout.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to customers and clients
- Process orders and input them onto SAP
- Monitor orders placed and advise customers of any changes
- Invoice orders and issue credit notes for goods
- Produce shipping documents
- Process sample requests
- Process new customer enquiries
- General administration
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Service, confident using SAP, order processing and enjoy working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- SAP knowledge and experience is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
