Duties and responsibilities:
- Make proactive telephone contact with Mortgage Customers (Warm calling NOT cold calling - Customers will be expecting your call)
- Establish clients needs and sell benefits of mortgage and protection to each customer
- Identify addition sales opportunities
- Book appointments
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with your team
- Undertake any additional duties as required
Key skills and abilities required:
- Previous telephone or customer service experience preferable
- Positive and resilient attitude
- Ability to work to targets
- Numerate and detail conscious
- Computer literate and keyboard familiarity
- Organised, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
Flexible to cover shift patterns: 08:00 - 20:00, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) - Hours/Shifts can be negotiated and this will include 1 Saturday out of 4.
*** Although this role is based in Milton Keynes, for the initial few weeks you will be required to work in the Leighton Buzzard office. ***
