Customer Service Retention Advisor

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Make proactive telephone contact with Mortgage Customers (Warm calling NOT cold calling - Customers will be expecting your call)
  • Establish clients needs and sell benefits of mortgage and protection to each customer
  • Identify addition sales opportunities
  • Book appointments
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with your team
  • Undertake any additional duties as required

Key skills and abilities required:

  • Previous telephone or customer service experience preferable
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Numerate and detail conscious
  • Computer literate and keyboard familiarity
  • Organised, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure

Flexible to cover shift patterns: 08:00 - 20:00, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) - Hours/Shifts can be negotiated and this will include 1 Saturday out of 4.

*** Although this role is based in Milton Keynes, for the initial few weeks you will be required to work in the Leighton Buzzard office. ***
