Our FABULOUS client based on the outskirts of Tamworth are recruiting for Customer Service professionals to join their highly established company on a temporary to permanent basis!

This is a fun and exciting opportunity to progress within an environment where everyone is truly valued!

Day to day duties:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Problem solving
  • Updating internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Working to SLA’s

Experience required:

  • Previous Customer Service/ Retail/ Hospitality experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTIAL - due to location of company!

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday

40 hours a week on a rota basis!

Salary:

£18,000
