LOCATION: Bradford (Free Parking Available)
WORKING HOURS: MONDAY to FRIDAY Shift Pattern between 8.30am and 5.30pm
START DATE: ASAP
SALARY: £9.23 per hour, temporary to permanent, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with solid experience in an inbound customer service environment? Are you looking to move away from weekend work and late finishes? If the answer to both of these questions is YES, this could be the role for you!
We are currently working with our client based in Thornbury, Bradford to recruit a number Customer Service Representatives to join a busy Claims & Service Team. You will be responsible for dealing with customer service related enquiries, processing registrations and non-technical claims within the limits of your authority and capability.
Previous inbound call centre experience is essential along with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and competent IT skills.
Most importantly you will be driven and enthusiastic to offer fantastic customer service and have a strong work ethic with the ability and desire to go the extra mile and think outside the box to help a customer.
Suitable candidates must pass a credit check prior to commencing in this role.
