Our client, a fun and ambitious social enterprise within the educational sector are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. We have placed many candiates with this company and they are all thriving! This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience to join a happy and motivated team and make a real difference in the community!

You must be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

You will be speaking to a variety of customers over the telephone so the ability to listen and problem solve is essential.

Strong attention to detail ( see if you can spot the spelling mistakes in my advert!)

Confidence to have difficult conversations at times

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
