My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy and friendly team. As the first point of contact for banking customers you will have the ability to handle and action customer's communications, queries and instructions received by telephone and in writing.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of working in a busy Customer Service environment with a good working knowledge of retail banking. You will also:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be fully IT literate
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Be an effective team player
