If so, we are currently recruiting for candidates with office or customer service experience who are looking to join our client at an exciting time in their Customer Support Centre based in Beckenham.
The role is a temporary role for 4 weeks, paying £12.00 per hour. There is potential for the Customer Service Representative role to turn permanent for those who do well.
In this role you will handle inbound calls and emails, communicating with customers and providing information on their dividends.
You'll be working within a highly professional, yet friendly environment. You'll gain lots of experience, and full training will be offered, so all you need is a positive and flexible attitude!
We are preferably looking for candidates with the following:
- Customer service experience - handling inbound calls/emails
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for great customer service
- A finely tuned attention to detail
- A high level of accuracy in data capture and the recording of customer information
- Competent in the use of computer systems
The role is due to start in December 2019.
