Customer Service Representative
£22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.5 hour shift worked between 8am and 5.30pm - With participation in Saturday rota - 9am - 12pm (one Saturday in every four weeks)
Our client is seeking recent graduates who have gained some customer service experience whilst studying. It would be advantageous if you have call handling experience or a link/degree related to financial services, however this is not necessary.
You will be doing telephone and administration based work, providing first class service to existing customers on savings products.
Duties will include: Maintaining knowledge of products and services, dealing with telephone and personal callers, promoting company products, issuing literature, illustrations and application forms, following up enquiries, record keeping, producing reports etc.
Previous call centre experience would be desirable but you must have good call handling experience. Good keyboard and IT literacy (including the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel) are required together with strong administrative and organisational ability and a keen attention to detail.
