Our client is a leading provider of specialist claims handling services to insurance companies and brokers operating within the motorcycle sector. Featured in the Sunday Times Fast-track 100 of the Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies in the UK, the business continues to experience substantial growth.

Currently, they are seeking Customer Service Representatives with varying levels of experience to join their vibrant and expanding Claims Management Team in Egham to help them continue providing an exceptional claims journey to their biker customers. Internally, this role is called a Claims Handler.

Our client encourages ongoing development within their team by providing bespoke in-house training as well support towards gaining CII qualifications to help you build your career within the insurance sector and progress within your role.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage your own caseload and be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and support for all claimants. You should be target driven, compassionate and proactive.

To be considered, you’ll need:

- Previous experience in a customer service or insurance/recovery claims handling role
- To be eager with a helpful approach
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong negotiation skills

Knowledge of motorcycle and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but this isn’t essential. CII certificates would also be beneficial.
