Customer Service Representative

Fantastic opportunity to join an expanding comapny looking for a candidate to work within their small Customer Service department.

Key Responsibilities are;

-To answer calls from customers wanting to place orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

-Giving customers product advice when required and cross selling other products that may be compatable and relevant.

-Calling customersto advise them when stock items are ready for dispatch.

-Calling customers to advise them of new products and promotions with a view to creating order opportunities.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a busy, customer interfacing role, happy to answer calls and able to use sales order processing software to process orders for dispatch. this is part of a team role and the successful candidate needs to be able to work within a group and across functions to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.

The successful candidate will be;

-Comfortable working in a bustling environment.

-Like customer interaction.

-Be a good communicator.

-The ability to understand how the products work and which are best suited to each customer and their individual needs.
