My client based in Milton Keynes are seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives. They are looking for individuals to share the company culture to their customers and merchants. The primary responsibilities of this position requires effective communication with customers and merchants over the phone, discussing loan applications, answering general enquiries and giving clear explanation regarding the customer's account information and/or assisting merchant partners with their in-store needs and instructions.
·Handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions for our customers/merchants
·Listening to customer/merchant needs and resolving any issues they may have
·Contacting customers to confirm terms of their loan
·Onboarding administration and underwriting
·Other duties as assigned by the department manager
·Identifying areas where we can improve customer and merchant experience
·Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
·Experience in using an inbound dialler and communicating with customers both, verbally and written
·Understanding of point-of-sale finance
·Exceptional communication and influencing skills
·Time management skills
·Listening and rapport building skills
·Self-starter with persistent and professional attitude
·Passionate with a desire to go the extra mile to succeed
·Friendly and helpful, coupled with a great attitude!
·Able to manage multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
·Enjoys a work hard, play hard environment
·Must be able complete simple math equations (add, subtract, multiply & divide using fractions, decimals or whole numbers)
