Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. They need an enthusiastic individual, who can listen to customer issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to problems. The successful candidate will need a good knowledge of customer service procedures and processes, be able to learn quickly and be enthusiastic about providing the best service for all customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls regarding billing issues, deliveries, product information, orders and general issues
  • Respond to all emails, amazing and ebay messages in a timely manner, adhering to the KPI's
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge
  • Dealing with difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Maximising sales
  • Answering Live Chat
  • Liaising with manufacturers
  • Processing orders
  • Handling any complaints

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience within an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Able to work on own initiative

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, £18,000 to £20,000 DOE
