Due to the continued growth, a well-established company based in Lichfield are looking to recruit an Customer Service Representative to join their business on a permanent contract. The role will be working full time hours within their office in Lichfield.
This position requires someone with a real passion for customer service whom has experience in dealing with customers via telephone. Each day can be different but will be mainly focused around handling customer enquiries in a professional manner to deliver the highest level of service to our customer base. You will be part of a dedicated team who deliver great value to our organisation.

Key Duties:

• Grow the businesses sales by dealing with customer enquiries to provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

• Follow a core service process to ensure customer requirements are fully understood in order to satisfy their expectations.

• Develop good rapport and business relationships with key customer contacts in order to better support their specific requirements.

• Use relevant business information to proactively manage customer orders ensuring they are delivered on time and in full.

• Handle any customer complaints professionally, escalating to a more senior company representative where necessary to ensure that customer and company expectations are met.

• Work with our core business ERP, CRM and Telephony systems in line with requirements.

• Be flexible and take on additional related tasks as required by the Inside Sales Manager.

Personal Specification:

• Passionate and experienced in customer service techniques with the ability to build relationships and gain respect of customers.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude and work calmly under pressure.

• First class communication skills together with strong analytical knowhow.

• Ability to work to deadlines with the determination to see a job through to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties is essential for this role.

In return my client is offering a starting salary of £20,000. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays as well as a complete office shut down over the Christmas period.
