Customer Service Representative

The company is a fast-growing online retail business of Beds and Bedroom furniture we are looking for a motivated, creative and decisive Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities:

  • To assist customers with any questions or queries they may have in regard to our product range
  • To assist customers with any issues or queries regarding their orders via email or telephone
  • To help customers register on the website and/or assist them with placing their order
  • Deal with complaints and escalate where necessary
  • To handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
  • To assist the Finance Department with customers on security/fraud checks

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, copywriting, proofreading and communication skills together with a keen eye for detail
  • Be reliable and consistent with a friendly and patient disposition
  • Be proficient at typing
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of the importance of customer care
  • Ability to be flexible, as per the business' requirements
