Customer Service Representative

Working for a financial services provider based in Epsom, this role will involve:

  • Handling telephone queries from customers
  • Providing information to customers about financial products
  • Carry out administrative duties relating to customers' accounts, payments, transfers etc.
  • Providing statistical information and reports
  • Opening new accounts
  • Closing existing accounts
  • Dealing with amendments to customer details and account details

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least GCSE level (or equivalent) with Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous call centre based Customer Service experience
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Experience with a financial services environment would be beneficial
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Commitment to providing high levels of Customer Service
  • Able to work shifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings 9am-12pm on a rota basis
