Customer Service Representative required working for a large manufacturer of bespoke water purification systems, water softeners, water conditioners and specialist multifunctional taps. Based in Surrey they work UK wide. They also provide an installation service as well as servicing and maintenance.
Customer Service Representative Overview:
The successful Customer Service Representative will deal with telesales and coordination. The role is phone intensive, handling a wide range of jobs for a variety of customers’ including booking servicing and warranty work. Training will be given to the successful applicant.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Experience Essential
- Experience working in an Engineering Company Environment
- Telesales knowledge and Experience
- Service Coordination position experience would be advantageous
Customer Service Representative Remuneration
Salary - £17,000 - £20,000 DOE
Holiday - 28 Days (inc BH)
Scope for Customer Service Management Position after 12 Months
