A positive attitude and "can do" approach is pivotal to ensure that this Flagship location delivers a world class service to our customers and ensure they always choose Europcar for their car rental needs.

A talented Customer Service Representative will be required to meet the demands of our Heathrow Airport location. This person must have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers from all over the world. You will be highly engaged with our brand and this passion is demonstrated to the customers through constantly delivering exceptional service. Also strong attention to detail is key for this role.

At this location we have various service roles, from the pick up rental desk, return of vehicle area.

Working 20-40 hours per week (depending on availability), the role will entail, but is not exhaustive to, working in our returns area where, providing an inspection of the vehicle ensuring it is to standard for the next customer, clarifying charges and promoting services to our customer.

These fantastic opportunities allows a permanent and also a flexible working pattern, depending on your needs and that of the business. This can include, seasonal contracts or weekend and evening work. However due to the high bonus rate, there is a fantastic opportunity to earn a great salary with uncapped commission.

We are keen to hear from anyone who has served in a Customer Service role within a fast paced environment.

Essential:
A clean full driving license that has been held for a minimum of 12 months is essential.
