Part Time - Customer Service Representative £16,000 Pro Rota 18.5 hours - Bradford
As a Customer Services Representative you will play a key role within the Customer Services Team for established Insurance business.
You will be responsible for the provision of a claims handling service for a range of different schemes via Corporate Partners and on a direct basis as well as any other customer service enquiries to support the business.
This is a very demanding role working in a fast paved environment so you must be able to multi task and prioritise workloads.
It is essential that you have telephone experience preferably gained within financial services organisation.
The hours of work will be Mon - Fri 5.30pm - 8pm and every Saturday 9am - 3pm. Please only apply if you can commit to these hours of work.
