A fantastic opportunity exists for a Customer Service focused professional to join a leading organisation on Kings Hill
Working within a small but busy team, you will provide an excellent customer experience, handling customer queries both over the phone and via email and accurately entering data.
- Respond to enquiries from customers in a professional manner
- Accurately processing word and numeric data from various medias (Paper / electronic)
- General admin tasks
- Assist other teams when required
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Skills and experience:
- Previous telephone based customer service experience and experience of processing data would be highly desirable
- Have a high level of accuracy when entering data
- Well spoken and have a professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
