Customer Service Representative

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Customer Service focused professional to join a leading organisation on Kings Hill

Working within a small but busy team, you will provide an excellent customer experience, handling customer queries both over the phone and via email and accurately entering data.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries from customers in a professional manner
  • Accurately processing word and numeric data from various medias (Paper / electronic)
  • General admin tasks
  • Assist other teams when required
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Skills and experience:

  • Previous telephone based customer service experience and experience of processing data would be highly desirable
  • Have a high level of accuracy when entering data
  • Well spoken and have a professional telephone manner
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
