Customer Service Representative

Our client based in Caerphilly is looking to appoint Outbound Customer Service Representatives to contribute to the quality of service provided to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to obtain information regarding services provided
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Go the "extra mile" to achieve call targets
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information

Essential Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a customer services role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and administration skills

Contract: 4 weeks (possibly ongoing)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm

Rate: £7.83 per hour
