Customer Service Representative to join a Charitable organisation in their shared service function.
Your new company
You will be joining a shared service function for a charitable organisation based in their Regional office near Lincoln. You will be working alongside a group of people who are all focused promoting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Charity.
Your new role
Based from their accounts customer services team you will be the first point of contact for service users, their representatives and other clients effectively handling all interactions and providing positive outcomes. You will act as a brand ambassador delivering outstanding levels of customer service as you assist with account queries, payment matters and other requests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an office based customer service focussed role and will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in all interactions with clients.
What you'll get in return
The salary for the role is between £16,000 and £19,000 and as well as a generous benefits package, each member of the team has a personal training and development plan to ensure that you can achieve further progress in your career.
