Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new position? Our client in Andover is now recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their Operations department on a full time, permanent basis. You will work 9 - 5 Monday to Friday and receive a salary of £16,500 per annum.
The main purpose of this role is to work within the Operations team, specifically within the Customer Service Department.
Duties of the Customer Service Representative;
To provide customers with a prompt, efficient, reliable and accurate service in a courteous manner via various channels - face to face, over the phone, or via emails and letters.
To be proficient in using the internal systems and maintain good, orderly records within agreed service levels, whilst working alone or as part of a larger team.
You will need to be a versatile individual who can adapt to many situations and switch between tasks, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
You must have strong administration, numeracy and Excel skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
You will be a good listener who can communicate well at all levels, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism whilst dealing with all customers.
Relevant experience in a similar customer service role would be advantageous as well as some experience of working with ERP systems.
