Our client has a new exciting opportunity, for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coventry. You will join on a full time,permanent basis and will receive a salary of £16,912 per annum, plus performance related commission.

About theCustomer Service Representativerole:
In this role you will provide exceptional service to new and existing customers by resolving queries, providing quotes and being an ambassador of the brand, through engaging and memorable experiences.
You will provide the service and experiences that the business and brand reputation is built on. You will share customer’s passion for biking, as they power the business and will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.
As a Customer Service Representative you will ensure that every customer receives the highest possible level of service every time. By demonstrating ownership, passion and knowledge. In doing this you will understand and respect the three key stakeholders of the companies operation. Customers, the business and our client’s people.
