Customer Service Representative - Software / CRM // Oxford

As experts in the CRM industry, they help their clients increase revenue growth and provide a streamlined platform to enhance client engagement.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all client issues. You will be responsible for managing support requests and ensuring that all requests are resolved within the agreed SLA. The drive of this role is to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver on all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service with the ability to have a good understanding for their client’s needs.

In terms of culture, the client is offering an exciting development focused environment. They have spacious, modern offices and are primed for further expansion.

Key skills required:

  • Provide excellent customer support and management of requests.
  • Ability to analyse technical issues to find root cause
  • Holding weekly conference callas to review ticket progress.
  • Manage and reviews busies processes in line with customer support
  • 2+ years’ experience in the software industry or relevant industry.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Customer focused and able to work to deadlines.
