Customer Service Agent - Heston - up to £22,500

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an international eCommerce logistics business in Hounslow as a Customer Service Agent on a permanent basis. The business provides customised solutions to support businesses with parcel shipments, mail delivery, order fulfilment and returns.
Your new role
The purpose of the role is to support the local team with collating information for customer reporting, working together to ensure targets are met and flagged and daily interaction with customers and suppliers. Duties include; communicating with customers on enquiries through email and phone, inputting and managing daily enquiries through the customer data base, reporting, liaising directly with customers in inbound/outbound shipments, maintenance and management of the goods in the wholesale process checking for errors and discrepancies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must have considerable office based customer service experience, ideally in a logistics/mail/parcel industry based role. An articulate telephone manner and excellent written skills are also required.
What you'll get in return
In return a competitive salary of between £21,000 to £22,500 will be offered with Monday to Friday working days and hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm with free parking on site.
