This is a great stepping stone into the maintenance sector with fantastic opportunities to progress aswell as having a market leading salary of £18,000.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7pm with No weekends
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative will include:
- Taking in bound and making outbound calls
- Dealing with general bookings from clients
- Arranging bookings for the maintenance teams
- Ensuring all internal records are up to date
- Providing a high level of professional Customer Services at all times
