Your new role
You will be fully involved with all aspects of sales order processing, quotations, raising orders, managing some key accounts, payment processing and liaising with warehouse, transport and customers to meet delivery expectations. You will also be expected to handle all queries, ensuring customer relations are maintained to a high standard and developed.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven experience in a sales order processing role and a background in manufacturing is desirable but not required. You will be a confident problem solver, show exceptional communication skills, have excellent time management and be well organised. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment, be able to work well in a team and be flexible whilst going the extra mile where necessary.
What you'll get in return
You will have the opportunity to work with this well-established company on a permanent basis. You will work the hours of 09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 until 16:00 Friday. You will be offered a competitive salary of £18,000 and have the chance to build on your current skills whilst working for a leading company in their market.
