Your new role
you will be joining a well established and busy customer service team and working in close partnership with the logistics team. you will also deal with the internal and external sales team, you will be responsible for managing a number of strategically important key accounts.
you will rapidly develop and maintain a close relationship with customers liaising on a regular basis to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Committed to delivering excellence in customer services, you will be passionate about fulfilling customer needs and exceeding exceptions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of problem solving within a customer-facing environment, is essential.
Be numerate and have good written and verbal English skills,In addition, you will have rounded IT skills and will be an intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel. You will have strong planning and organising skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will be extremely customer focused and will instinctively take ownership of problems and be adept at managing things through to a conclusion.
