£9.35 per hour, overtime rates are paid at time and a half and double time

Adecco are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work for our client just off Ecclesall Road. Dealing with ISA's, Investment Portfolio and Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), duties and responsibilities for the role will be as follows;
* Taking inbound calls from financial advisers to assist them with product queries and on-line applications
* Dealing with emails enquiries
* Building relationships with FA's and internal stakeholders
* Dealing with pre sales queries and quotes
* Case ownership encouraged

Whilst previous experience within a similar environment would be desirable it is not necessary. We are looking for candidates with an excellent work ethic and positive attitude. You must be a quick learner who is capable of working within a fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full time position to work 35 hours per week however, overtime is often available and will be paid at a rate of time and a half. Opening hours for this department are Monday-Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm and shifts will fall within these times. Commencement of employment will be subject to criminal record checks and credit checks, this will be at no cost to the candidate.
