Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting permanent Customer Service role based in Bicester. It will be your responsibility to deliver an exceptional level of service to Clients along with managing the administration for your accounts.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
*To be responsible for ensuring all communication with Clients, both verbal & written is consistent, professional, clear and effective
*Ensure that all tasks such as calling for meter readings, liaising with Client for replacement orders, creating Order Quotations, calculating water usage and updating SAP CRM as required are completed accurately and within the time scales set by the Team Leader
*Understand the Clients' Business to ensure that the most suitable replacement service is offered to meet their business needs.
*Ensure good levels of communication and partnership with other teams, including Finance, Sales Order Processing, Credit Control and Streamline.
*Maintain good technical knowledge of the client's products and competitor products
*Complete personal objectives as outlined in appraisal documents
*Any other ad hoc duties, as requested by the Line Manager
Key Skills:
Experience of completing a high volume of out going calls to customers
Excellent written and spoken English.
PC Literate - Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
SAP CRM experience desirable
