My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has the knowledge of working within an FMCG company. The successful candidate will be a customer focused individual and will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise.

Location: Camberley
Salary: Up to £25,000 with 12.5% bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week

This is a 12 month contract

Key duties:

  • Process and manage UK & Export customer orders by using the SAP system
  • Follow up customer orders ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Answer customer queries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner including customer complaints
  • Manage the customer returns process

Key requirements:

  • SAP experience is preferable
  • Ideally have worked in an FMCG environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients
