Your new company
You will be working for a worldwide organisation that manufactures products to the power technology industry. They have a number of locations across the world and would like be working in the customer support centre based just outside of Loughborough.
Your new role
In your role it will be vital that you co-ordinate all customer queries and opportunities for the sales region, the means you will be providing quotations and providing timely information to all customer. This position will involve you working directly with the line managers to support internal in their specified region. Key areas of your role will include
- Ensuring that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered
- Flexibility as customer and team requirements change
- Ensure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
- Ensures all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthly
This role will be temporary for 3 months with a potentiality to go permanent if successful
What you'll need to succeed
You will have working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems or both and have previous experience within customer service or client support
