Salary £18,000 - £19,000 basic plus commission (package 24k - 25k)

Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday, no weekends or late shifts

We are a successful, small friendly international dynamic on-line healthcare provider who believes in engaging with our customers and doing everything in our power to provide outstanding customer service.

Your duties would include:

  • Processing orders for our UK customers
  • Working to SLA’s to meet customer contacts via telephone, LiveChat and email
  • Updating customers details, taking payments and following up leads
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Helping customers to solve any queries they may have

Your skills:

  • Native UK (excellent written skills)
  • Have a real passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Are motivated by working to targets
