Customer Service Representative (Scandinavia)
NRG is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative covering the Scandinavian market to join our client based in North Tyneside. This role is responsible for providing great customer service in the Scandinavian region and covers all aspects of customer service ranging from product and application advice, order fulfilment, order placement, order lifecycle service support, issue resolution, sample orders and post-sale support. You will also ensure all commercial outcomes are taken to gain maximum revenue income through offering alternatives and value added opportunities.
Candidates must speak fluent Norwegian, Danish or Swedish to be considered.
With a new focus as business development and customer service functions start to merge, this is an exciting time to join the team and this role will be crucial in helping define that direction.
To be considered you must: -
- Be able to speak fluent in either Norwegian, Danish or Swedish
- Have previous customer service experience in an environment with focus on long term customer relationships
- Ideally have experience working with CRM systems
- A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
