Customer Service Representative



12 month contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company based in central Sutton, on a 12 month contract basis, covering maternity cover.

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing orders via telephone, email and fax
  • Preparing quotes
  • Handling order queries
  • Liaising with Accounts team to investigate and resolve any queries
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times


  • Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
  • Commitment to providing high levels of customer service
  • High levels of literacy and numeracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to multi-task
