£18,000 per annum (plus generous bonus scheme)
We are currently recruiting for a brand new start-up company in Bracknell, who are set to take their industry by storm in 2018.
The company have been founded and heavily financed by experienced industry experts who are looking for passionate people who are as motivated to help build and grow the company as they are.
The leadership team recognise that people make the company and you will be fully supported (training, personal development etc.) to make a great success of your new role. While you will come in as CSA, the sky’s the limit in terms of where you might end up!
About the role:
You will be working in a busy, newly built contact centre that will have a real buzz! The company is located within walking distance of Bracknell railway station and the offices are modern and newly furnished, with two gyms and a great cafe literally a stone’s throw away.
We have several positions available, including sales, customer service and administration, although the company will need you to be flexible in your attitude and outlook; it’s in its infancy so it’ll be all hands on deck to begin with!
Customer Service - Answering customer queries such as product and delivery information.
Sales - Dealing with customer enquiries and proactively contacting customers who are potentially looking to order a product and may need you to close the sale
Administration - data entry, order processing, assisting with credit checks and liaising with suppliers.
The contact centre will eventually be open Monday to Sunday 8am - 8pm and you will be required to work for 40 hours per week (yes, you will get breaks!), normally over 5 days, so you ‘ll need to be willing to work some weekend days, which will be rotated.
We welcome applications from people with a contact centre or retail background, however previous experience in these environments isn't essential.
What is essential is that you are not faint-hearted, these roles will be filled by people who are happy managing customer enquiries all day long, who are always looking to improve the way things are done and feel comfortable getting involved in a range of activities, some of which will be new to them. It goes without saying that whether you are talking or writing to a customer, you feel confident guiding and controlling so that every contact is positively and efficiently managed.
