We want confident trouble shooters, who are able to naturally problem solve and love to talk.
Your role will be to take incoming calls from existing customers of an extremely well known and respected television and broadband company. You will answer general enquiries and be trained on the latest technical support should you need to provide this to customers.
In turn you will receive an annual salary of £16,500, as well as great company benefits, free parking and a subsidised area for eating located inside the offices.
There is also a chance to earn an extra £1,800 throughout the year in bonus, and these are for simple things like customer satisfaction and call length.

You will work 40 hours per week, and this will be spread over 5 days (each day will be 8 hours)
You will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance and you must be able to work between the hours of 7am - 11pm (example shifts 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm all the way up to 3pm - 11pm)
**You must be able to work the hours allocated to you, so therefore you must be flexible and able to travel to Bredbury Industrial park between 7am and 11pm**
