A customer service representative working within a bio-medical field, holding duties around all enquiries, advice and orders within the research department.

A global developer and manufacturer of both world-class antibodies and reagents used in bio-medical research supplied across the world, to aid in the fight against cancer amongst many other diseases.
Description
The key duties needed are from the customer service representative :
-Assisting with enquiries, and advice through calls and emails
-Processing and managing orders
-Issuing credit memos
-Investigating credits
Profile
As a successful customer service representative, you will:
Be fluent in English and French
-Have 3 years experience within order management (Bonus if it is within the bio/pharma industry)
-Have suitable knowledge of salesforce or familiar software systems
-Have a good understanding of shipping processes
-Happy to take on responsibility within multiple sections and departments
-Be a hard worker
-Excellent communication
-Team player
